RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to absolutely love your Be Frenchy pieces!

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped .
If your oder has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order , you must contact us within 12 hours .
Once the packaging and shipping process has started , it can no longer be cancelled .

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Online purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
You have 10 days from the date of receiving your parcel to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return :
-Please ensure that the items are unworn
- In their original condition (with tags attached)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Items was purchased on full price .
For Hygiene reasons , unfortunately we cannot accept returns on earrings .

Purchases made at a stockist or at one of our market stalls are final , unless the item is faulty .
Items purchased using a discount or promo code are only eligible for a voucher , unless the item is faulty .

Be Frenchy does not offer refunds except for faulty , unworn items returned in their original packaging within 14 days .
If you are returning a faulty item , a refund will be issued upon inspection .

Once we receive your return , please allow up to five days for inspection and approval before processing your refund .
Outgoing postage for faulty items will be refunded .
However if you are returning an item for repair , the item must be returned in either the original packaging and you will need to cover the postage costs yourself
No refunds will be issued without receiving the allegedly faulty item .
Items that have been worn and damaged deliberately or by accident are not considered faulty and will not be accepted .
No refunds will be processed .
